"The footfall we get is great at the moment and it's nice to see Windsor so busy, it makes us happy and there's just a great atmosphere so what more could you want?"
Shaun Presant, restaurant manager at The Ivy Royal Windsor, which has just opened, said: "It's amazing to see how many people are out and about and it's nice to have opened just in time to be a part of the Platinum Jubilee celebrations.
"We've been in contact with the town managers and everyone's been very friendly and welcoming and happy to have us finally open here in the town."

And Mr Presant explained he feels the restaurant brings class and elegance to Windsor.
"When I think of The Ivy I think of places like Windsor," he added.
"I was really surprised it wasn't here and we're open it feels like we should be here.
"Everyone seems very happy, we're like a bigger version of Marlow, and it's nice to have something a bit closer for everyone so they don't have to travel so far."
Nick Cauldewell, manager of the Cinnamon Cafe, said: "It's really exciting to see everyone in the town, we've been crazy busy but it's been really good.
"We're staying open the whole weekend, there's a few things going on in Windsor Royal Station with live music so it should be a really good atmosphere."
