Police have warned Maidenhead residents to be wary of CD’s containing malware posted through their letterboxes.
The force have received several reports from Portlock Road where residents have received envelopes containing CDs from Northern Ireland that claim to contain “criminal files and documents.”

Once inserted into a competed, the CD ROM downloads Malware, which one resident, Giuseppe, claimed could be used to access computers remotely.
Thames Valley Police are encouraging people to discard of the disc.
