A HGV driver in Slough was caught by police officers using his phone with both hands.
The 44-tonne vehicle was stopped on Saturday, May 14 on Farnham Road.
The driver was seen using his phone with both hands while smoking.
Thames Valley Police tweeted: "ANY use of a handheld phone when driving is prohibited, not just calls and text."
