A SPORTS store has officially opened its doors in Slough town centre.
JD Sports welcomed customers to its launch day on Saturday, May 7 to mark the special opening inside the Queensmere Observatory.
Families explored the new store as a DJ played music to entertain visitors throughout the day.
And there was even a £200 gift card up for grabs.

Many people in the community went down to show their support for the new shop and browse the products on display.
The opening of JD Sports follows other recent lettings including Local florist Flowers for the People, ChicKing a halal chicken restaurant and Ryyan Fishmonger.

A spokesperson for JD Sports said: “A lot of people have seen the new JD store posters and are very excited for the opening.
"We will also have a lot of new products coming into this store so watch this space."
