A PROVISIONAL trial date has been set for a 15-year-old Slough boy charged with murder.
The accused boy was charged after 18-year-old Abdul Aziz Faiz Ansari was stabbed to death on Trelawney Avenue in Langley on May 5, 2022.
A post-mortem examination concluded Abdul’s cause of death as a stab wound to the chest.
The 15-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was charged with murder and possession of an offensive weapon on May 9.

He appeared from custody via video link at Reading Crown Court today (May 10), speaking only to confirm his name.
The boy did not enter a plea to either charge.
A plea and trial preparation hearing will be held on Tuesday, June 14, where the boy is expected to make his pleas.
His Honour Judge Nawaz will be preside over the case and the provisional date set for trial is Tuesday, August 30, 2022.
Barrister Akhtar Ahamd represented the accused boy at Reading Crown Court and Stefan Weidmann was the prosecution counsel.
Representatives from Thames Valley Police and members of the public looked on as upcoming dates were settled.

Two teenage males who were also arrested in connection with the murder have now been released on police bail.
Officers are still looking to hear from anyone who may have seen the incident outside the Trelawney Avenue shops at around 7.15pm on May 5.
