Anna Jones, of Slough Museum, said: "Inventors - Pioneering Town is a really exciting opportunity for people from Slough and beyond to take part in free creative activities that celebrate the inventiveness of our town.
“Thanks to Berkeley Homes, it will be held in the grounds of the former Horlicks Factory, one of Slough's most iconic buildings and the museum will have Horlicks objects on show.
“The event and the venue are symbolic of how the town looks forward, with pride in the past, and a view to the future."
