The following cases were heard at Reading and Slough Magistrates’ Courts: 

February 22

PALAMIN JALLOW, 22, of Reddington Drive, Slough, convicted of assault occasioning actual bodily harm in Slough on December 31, 2021, assault by beating in Slough on October 28, 2021, and assault by beating. Committed to prison for 14 weeks due to the severity of the offence. Made to pay £903 in court costs. 

February 23

AHILAN NALLATHAMBY, 51, of Woodland Avenue, Slough, admitted using a public electronic communications network to cause annoyance or anxiety to another in Slough on January 25, 2022. Committed to prison for 14 weeks suspended for 12 months. Ordered to take part in up to 20 rehabilitation activity days. Must pay a victim surcharge of £128 and court costs of £86. 
KERRY-JANE TAYLOR, 44, of Monksfield Way, Slough, admitted assault in Slough on April 15, 2021 and convicted of harassment in Slough on April 14, 2021. Community order made. Requirement to take part in up to 30 days of rehabilitation activities. Forbidden from entering the Co-op Food store on Long Furlong Drive, Slough until February 2024. Must pay compensation of £100 and court costs of £295. 

February 25

KATHLEEN CONNORS, 53, of Cumbrae Close, Slough, admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place, namely Vincent Road, and causing racially and religiously aggravated harassment towards a police officer on December 25, 2020. Community order made. Requirement to take part in up to 100 hours of unpaid work. Must pay compensation of £50.
