CONCERNS have been raised about a three-storey house that’s been ‘illegally built' in Slough.
The property, on Eastbridge, is described to be in a ‘dangerous condition’ which was recently made worse following the high winds.
The house, which is said to have been built around three years ago, has said to have caused worry among residents.
Hey @SloughCouncil, I hate to bring this to your attention but we’ve got a house that is collapsing due to the wind right next to us. 🙃

Raymond Mc Dermaid, a nearby resident, said he has tried to get the council to take action on a number of occasions.
He said: “The last time I saw any kind of builders at the property was around a year and a half ago, and it’s just slowly been collapsing since.
“Now with the storm it’s been partially demolished and it’s just an eyesore for everyone who lives in the area.”
Mr Mc Dermaid added he was previously told from the council they “had no budget to fix it”.
And he also voiced his concern about children playing outside on the road.
“Children play around the area and it’s dangerous for them to be outside near the house,” he said.
A spokesperson for Slough Borough Council said: “The original planning permission was given in 2007 for a three-storey house, with certain conditions attached.
“These conditions were not met and building work began before local authority approval was given.
“A Planning Enforcement Notice was served on 20 November 2015 requiring the demolition of the unauthorised building.”

They added to date the requirements of the Notice remain outstanding.
They said: “We understand the original owner is deceased and efforts are ongoing to identify who the ownership passed to, so legal proceedings can be considered.”
A building control inspector also went out this morning (February 21) to put fencing up around the site.
