Maidenhead police didn’t let a Zizzi’s customer go hungry after they arrested the driver transporting their takeaway.
Police stopped the driver, who was not operating as a Zizzi employee, because he was wanted for an offence.
“The thought of my delivery driver being arrested whilst on his way to my house would make me even more hangry, so we thought best to drop the customers food to them as it was nearby,” Thames Valley Police tweeted.
