Police seized an E-scooter after its rider was seen travelling down the middle of Bath Road near Slough.
The rider had already received a warning on December 21, but proceeded to ride the scooter in Burnham today (January 6).
It is against the law to use a privately owned e-scooter in public.

If you use an e-scooter illegally, you could face a fine, penalty points on your licence and the e-scooter could be impounded
“Private E-Scooters cannot be ridden publicly, you cannot make them road legal or insure them,” posted Thames Valley Police on Facebook.
“Don’t waste your money!”
