A SLOUGH man who went missing at the end of August will be sentenced for fraud and theft offences next week.

Police appealed for help to trace Usman Hussain, of Ash Close, a week-and-a-half after he was last seen.

A social media post urging the public to get in touch with Thames Valley Police if they knew of Hussain’s whereabouts was posted on September 11.

Hussain was due to be sentenced at Reading Crown Court on Thursday, November 25, but the hearing was adjourned as Hussain’s status regarding other legal matters was unclear.

The legal issues had still not been resolved by Friday, December 9, however, when Hussain was due to be sentenced again at the same court.

His sentencing has been pushed back again to Wednesday, December 15.
