A BMW driver from Maidenhead who was caught driving at more than 70mph on the M40 has avoided a driving ban.
Oliver Wilson aged 38, of Brunel Close, was caught speeding at 81mph on the motorway on February 6.
Wilson, who was driving a BMW, was 11mph over the speed limit as he was travelling Wooburn Green Lane and Junction 2 Beaconsfield.

At Oxford Magistrates’ Court on September 2, Wilson was found guilty of exceeding the 70mph speed limit.
The magistrates also fined Wilson £220 and ordering him to pay £90 costs.
