Aldi has announced it will be opening 15 new stores across the UK before the end of the year - including one in Berkshire.
The new locations will be spread across Scotland, England and Wales.
The announcement forms part of Aldi’s commitment to invest more than £1.3 billion by 2023, with plans to open 100 new stores over the next two years.
On average, each store will generate over 30 new jobs with store assistants earning up to £10.57 nationally with paid breaks.

Ciaran Aldridge, National Property Director at Aldi UK, said: “There are still too many people for whom shopping at Aldi isn’t a convenient option. We’re committed to changing that and opening nearly four new stores a week before Christmas clearly demonstrates our progress with this.
“The new stores bring us one step closer to our goal of making our award-winning products at unbeatable prices easily accessible to even more shoppers across the country, and we look forward to welcoming local customers in for their weekly shop.”
The openings follow on from Aldi launching new stores in Bracknell, Maidenhead, Reading and Slough amongst other Berkshire locations.
Where will the new Aldi store be in Berkshire?
The new Aldi store will open in Windsor, Berkshire.
It will join another Aldi store that was announced to be opening in the historic market town last month.
As of yet, we don't have an exact opening date or location of the forthcoming store.
The supermarket has said that it has been looking for locations that are in the town-centre or on the edge-of-centre that will be available for property development.
