GREGGS has given an update on its new Slough drive-thru after announcing plans to open new stores across the UK.
But the bakery chain is yet to reveal when the new drive-thru is opening in Westgate Retail Park.
Today, Greggs has warned of staff and supply disruptions and it also expects costs to climb at the end of the year.

The retail group said: “Food input inflation pressures are also increasing – whilst we have short-term protection as a result of our forward buying positions we expect costs to increase towards the end of 2021 and into 2022.
“Operational cost control has been good and the strong sales performance in the third quarter gives us confidence as we move into the autumn.”
In August, the Observer revealed how a drive-thru is set to open on Bath Road, Slough.

Greggs explained that the national supply chain and staff shortages issue isn't affecting the opening of the new store.
However, an opening date is yet to be revealed so unfortunately, fans will have to wait longer to get their hands on a steak bake.
