The ‘remorseless’ offender pleaded not guilty to a charge of burglary, but following a summary trial at Wycombe Magistrates’ Court, he was found guilty and sentenced on September 8.
The court listing states that Hemmi had ‘no remorse’ and that he ‘ransacked’ the building, but despite the severity of his offending, magistrates decided not to send him to prison.
