GOLD has been stolen from a home in Slough after burglars ransacked the property.
Thames Valley Police said burglars forced their way into the house through a rear window.
It happened on Sunday, August 29, between 11am and midday.
The occupants returned home to find the house had been broken into, and the space had been ransacked.
Police believe the offenders likely broke in through a rear window after accessing the back garden via neighbours' gardens. It is also thought offenders could have been in the area in the days or hours before in order to observe the house before the burglary.
The force said family gold, jewellery, and cash were stolen.
Anyone with who saw anything suspicious leading up to the burglary or at the time is asked to call police on 101 referencing 43210388544
