Plans have been submitted to the council that could see over 80 new flats being built in the former Hitachi building in Maidenhead.
Developers wish to convert the offices on 68 Lower Cookham Road in Maidenhead into 88 new residential properties.
The residential block will provide 120 car parking spaces and 18 visitor spots for visitors as well as a cycle space for each property, should the plans be approved.
