A SLOUGH man has been jailed for several weeks after he harassed a judge over the space of nearly a month.
Mufasra Khalid, of Wilshire Avenue, Slough, was convicted of the harassment of a Judge in Luton between October 15 and November 3 2020.
The 40-year-old harassed the Judge -- whose identity we have anonymised -- via electronic messages that he ‘knew would be unwanted’.

After initially denying the charge, Khalid was proven guilty at a hearing he did not appear for in June 2021.
He was sentenced at Reading Magistrates’ Court on August 2, 2021, where he learnt his fate.
Khalid will spend eight weeks in prison for the harassment of the judge, with another three added to his stint for missing his June hearing.

The Slough man was handed a restraining order, too, meaning he cannot contact the judge directly or indirectly for two years.
In addition to his jail time, Khalid was told to pay a victim surcharge of £128.
