CLOSURE orders -- they’re what the police and local authorities use to prevent or deal with anti-social behaviour at properties in your area.
Basically, they prevent anyone from visiting these properties unless they have been given permission by police.
Anyone who does visit these properties would be committing an offence.

The sort of behaviour that leads to closure orders being applied for can include criminal acts such as drug dealing, causing nuisance to neighbours, creating disorder in the community and more.
In April, police closed down a number of flats on Furnival Avenue following complaints about anti-social behaviour.
There are plenty of properties which have been made subject to closure orders in Slough and Windsor over the past few months.
Here are some of the roads where properties have been shut down (scroll down below to see the full list).
- Furnival Avenue, Slough -- closure order made April 1, 2021 for three months.
- Park Street, Slough -- closure order made March 18, 2021 for three months.
- Reed Way, Slough -- closure order made July 5, 2021 for three months.
- Hanover Way, Windsor -- closure order made June 11, 2021 for 14 days.
- Dedworth Road, Windsor -- closure order made May 25, 2021 for three months.
- Sawyers Close, Windsor -- closure order made March 10, 2021 for three months.
