A brand new chicken takeaway is set to open in Slough after plans were granted planning permission.
The new restaurant will open following the conversion of the existing shop at 193 Farnham Road.
The site is currently occupied by grocery store Slough Food & Wine.

Although no confirmation has been released regarding the branding of the new takeaway, the planning documents state that the cuisine of the restaurant will be fried chicken and chips.
The proposed hours of business are 10 am until 11.30 pm, seven days a week.
Primarily the restaurant will be for takeaway food but three tables will also be placed inside the takeaway for customers.

A total of seven jobs, five full-time and two part-time, will be created.
Externally the only changes will be two new advertisement signs to the front.
A new extractor fan with ducting will be located at the side of the building, similar in design to the takeaway on the opposite end of the parade.
