Huge new plans for a new housing development, complete with a community hub and a business hub, have been submitted.
The site for the potential development is the land to the south of Old Ferry Drive in Wraysbury.
The site is currently used for storage and horse stabling alongside storing scrapped vehicles and some unused land.

The development will be reached by a new vehicular and pedestrian access point from Old Ferry Drive which will replace the existing access point.
Off-street parking is also planned, with an adjacent car charging socket to allow the use of electric vehicles.
