A brand new takeaway is set to open in Maidenhead after developers gave plans the green light.
The new takeaway will open close to Sixbay on 10 Cordwallis Street in Maidenhead.
Currently, there is only one hot food baguette bar and catering shop in the area, as well as a small grocery store.

Part of the existing car workshop will be converted in order to accommodate the new takeaway.
The takeway is set to open at 5.00pm -11.00pm daily and provide a delivery service only so additional parking is not required.

The present owner will be running the shop with one part-time staff member who will walk or cycle in to work.
No specific details have been released about the branding or cuisine of the restaurant, although in planning documents both pizza and chicken preparation areas are outlined in the floor plans.
