POSITIVE cases of coronavirus in Berkshire have risen by 155 in the latest figures.
One death was reported in the county in the latest statistics, released by the Government.
The new cases were recorded as follows:
- Bracknell - 19
- Wokingham - 20
- Reading - 36
- West Berkshire - 18
- Slough - 39
- Windsor and Maidenhead- 23
These latest figures mean there has now been a total of 62,013 recorded cases of Covid-19 in the county.
Across the UK, 27,334 new people had a confirmed positive test result reported today.

Between June 29 and today, 153,243 people had a confirmed positive test result.
This shows a decrease of 85.0 per cent compared to the previous seven days.
There were 9 deaths in the UK within 28 days of a positive test for coronavirus reported in the latest figures.

Between June 28 and today, there have been 122 deaths within 28 days of a positive coronavirus test.
This shows a decrease of 1.6 per cent compared to the previous seven days.
The latest vaccination figures reveal that more than 45 million people have been given a first dose, while more than 33 and a half million people have been given a second dose.
