The number of cases of the Indian variant of Covid-19 in Slough can be revealed.
Surge testing took place in parts of the town last month following a steep increase in the number of confirmed cases of Covid-19 in recent weeks.
Across the country, 50,824 confirmed cases of the Delta variant have now been recorded.
This marks a 46 per cent increase over the previous week, according to health officials.
Public Health England figures show 429 cases of the Delta variant had been recorded in Slough by July 2.

That was 114 more than the 315 cases recorded the week before.
Elsewhere neighbouring town Bracknell has seen cases increase from 174 last month to 344, an increase of 170 cases.
