A 31-year-old has been banned from driving for 14 days after being caught driving at 104 mph on the M40.
Benjamin Joyce, of Lawn Road, Uxbridge, exceeded the 70 mph motorway limit on the M40 towards Junction 1A (Hilingdon Circus, Denham) on December 1, 2020.

Joyce was recorded driving at 104 mph.
In court, Joyce was fined £484, has to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £48 and to pay costs of £90.

He was also disqualified for holding or obtaining a driving licence for 14 days.
The 31-year-old's guilty plea was taken into account when imposing the sentence.
