Plans have been submitted to the council to convert offices in Maidenhead town centre into new flats.

Developers wish to convert the offices at the Memory Clinic in Nicholsons House on Nicholsons Walk into 37 new apartments.

The plans are the latest in a line of potential conversions of offices in town centres into flats.

Last week, plans were submitted to convert former offices on Burlington House in York Road into ten new apartments.

Neighbouring Slough has also seen similar applications submitted recently.

Last week, major new plans to build almost 100 new apartments in Slough town centre were given the go-ahead by councillors.

Planning officers will now decide whether to grant this application planning permission.
