Major new plans to build almost 100 new apartments in Slough town centre have been given the go-ahead by councillors.
The plans were first submitted in September 2019 and will see the new homes built in an extension onto the existing property at 163 Bath Road.
The site was previously a data centre office building but was converted into residential accommodation in 2013.
106 apartments are currently on the site.

Ten of the new properties will be studio apartments, 41 will be one-bedroom flats and the remaining 39 apartments will be two-bedroom.
32 of the apartments will have balconies.
102 car parking spaces will be provided, in addition to the 137 space car park.

Cycle parking for up to 90 bicycles, bin storage and amenity space will also be provided.
Landscaping works will be completed on the exterior of the site.
The access point to the rear of the site, from Wellcroft Road, will be turned into an emergency and pedestrian access only and just single vehicular access, from the Bath Road slip road, at the northern end of the site, will be provided.
The existing roof of the property will be removed, with a two-storey extension set to be constructed to provide a third and fourth floor.
