Ten new flats could be built in Maidenhead in former office space.
Developers have submitted proposals to build the new flats in the space vacated by the former offices on Burlington House in York Road, Maidenhead.
The offices are over 30 years old and were first opened in 1989.

The site is approximately 500m away from Maidenhead train station and is predominantly surrounded by residential and office buildings.
Developers have stated in the planning documents that 'the proposals will result in a reduction of vehicular movement' in the area.

They have also ensured that due to their previous use as offices, there are sufficient parking spaces for the number of flats proposed at the site.
Of the ten new properties, five of them will be two-bedroom apartments and five of them will be one-bedroom apartments.
Planning officers will now decide whether or not to grant the application planning permission.
