PROSPECTIVE buyers can book a visit to have a look at the new homes being built at the iconic Horlicks Factory.
Property developer Berkley has announced their new sales and marketing suite has now opened for potential buyers to inspect the first wave of apartments available to buy at the 1,300-home site.
Marketed as Horlicks Quarter, the development is Slough’s first major residential town centre scheme, and will include a collection of one, two, and three-bedroom new and refurbished apartments, enhanced by a range of amenities, set in grounds that ‘celebrate the beauty of nature’.

This first collection is located in Darjeeling House, which features 79 new-build apartments and is designed to reflect the industrial heritage of the site.
The properties overlook Aquifer Gardens – a green space with paths, gardens, trees, and water features.
The apartments were named after the former residence of Lord and Lady Horlick, which was later converted into accommodation for Horlicks Factory employees, and are priced from £279,500.
The new marketing suite – which is designed to mirror the industrial styling of the factory – will feature scaled models of the development, a three-screen video wall providing an interactive digital tour, and an industrial style black bookcase showcases a selection of historic memorabilia and artifacts from the old factory.
In addition to creating up to 1,300 new homes, Berkeley is restoring the Horlicks Factory with its iconic signage, clocktower, and chimney and also the site’s war memorial, to their former glory.

Berkley hopes it will enhance the creation of new high-quality public open spaces and gardens, with a central square at Clocktower Place, a nursery, and a proposed café, for everyone in the local area to enjoy.
