New apartments built on the site of Slough's old library are now up for sale.

The collection of 64 apartments named the 'Novus Apartments' are part of a massive development that will ultimately see the old library transformed into homes, 4,000 sq ft of shops and two Marriott International hotels.

The Novus Apartments will be ready for occupation by early 2021. Interested purchasers are being encouraged to register their details now.

The whole development has been carried out by Slough Urban Renewal (SUR) - a partnership between Morgan Sindall and Slough Borough Council.

Andy Howell, General Manager of SUR said: “We are really excited to be bringing this new collection of apartments to the market. They offer many local purchasers an opportunity to take that initial step onto the property ladder. We have Help to Buy available and our focus is on first time buyers and local purchasers.”
