Traditional Indian dancing is always exciting - especially when staged in the street.
Priya Sharma, 28, lives in Bray and has been holding Bhangra classes with the community organisation Apna Virsa for six years. Videos of her classes regularly get 2,000 views a week since lockdown started.
So on Saturday she staged a street Bhangra class for her neighbours - each person being socially distanced of course.
Priya, who is a former pupil at Herschel Grammar School in Slough, said: "Having had a lot of friends who have suffered from mental health issues, I wanted to do something not only to bring the community together but to eradicate feelings of loneliness during these unprecedented times.
"Our ethos at Apna Virsa ties in with my personal objectives as a pharmacist - to optimise people's physical and mental health as much as possible.
"I hope our Facebook and Instagram live classes during lockdown, - together with our street Bhangra class - have made things a little easier for people and boosted the wellbeing of the community at large."
These days she is still leading Bhangra classes via Facebook live for Apna Virsa on Mondays at 7.15pm, which includes people of all ages but mainly youngsters. This gives them a chance to dance and keep fit during the lockdown.
Normally, the Apna Virsa classes would be held in physical locations in Slough, Langley, Iver and Maidenhead - but have not since the lockdown.
Another instructor, Jasmine, leads the Bhangra class for over 50s at 11am on Thursdays via Facebook Live.
Priya is a pharmacist in her day job.
