A driver who was caught nearly double the drink driving limit in Iver earlier this month has been disqualified from driving for three years.
The Bucks Free Press reported on January 6 that the driver of a fiat was almost double the limit when in custody and was also disqualified from holding a drivers license (click here for original article).
The Iver Neighbourhood Policing Team arrested the suspect and seized the vehicle.
They appeared at court today and received a three year disqualification from driving.
The driver was then allegedly caught driving home from court.
Thames Valley Police South Chiltern and South Bucks tweeted about the incident with the hastag '#backtocourtyougo', and also emphasised that 'you can't drive home from court after being disqualified'.
