IULIAN-MARIAN ANTON, 33, of Lombard Street, Dartford, pleaded guilty to stealing £727 worth of goods from Boots in Windsor. He was given an prison sentence of eight weeks, suspended for 12 months, and made to pay £85 costs and a £115 victim surcharge.
KAROL KRYSZTOF, 31, of Grampian Way, Slough, pleaded guilty to possessing an imitation firearm in a public place. He was ordered to complete 150 hours of unpaid work, and made to pay £85 costs and a £85 victim surcharge.
TARIQ KHAN SUDUZAI, 42, of Seymour Road, Slough, pleaded guilty to speeding in Slough. He was fined £100 and made to pay £25 costs and a £30 victim surcharge. He was also given three points on his licence.
Teresa REYNOLDS, 55, of Long Furlong Drive, Slough, pleaded not guilty to eleven counts of animal neglect, and one count of fraud by false representation, and one count of failing to notify the council she was in reciept of benefits. She was found guilty of all of the above offences. She was ordered to complete 120 hours of unpaid work, and made to pay £2,000 costs and a £85 victim surcharge. She was also banned from owning animals for the next seven years.
Anthony Christopher WAREHAM, 37, of Burlington Road, Slough, pleaded guilty to threatening behaviour. He was discharged conditionally for 18 months, and made to pay £85 costs and a £20 victim surcharge. In a separate case, Wareham also pleaded guilty to another case of threatening behaviour. He was made to pay £85 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.
Wayne DONGER, 42, of no fixed address, pleaded not guilty to stealing a phone but was found guilty. He pleaded guilty to two counts of obstructing a police officer, breaching the terms of a community order, stealing perfume worth £94 from Boots in Windsor, and failing to surrender to court. He was sentenced to a total of ten weeks in prison, and made to pay a victim surcharge of £115.
Matthew COTTRELL, 37, of Denham Close, Maidenhead, pleaded guilty to assaulting a woman. He was discharged conditionally for 8 months, and a £20 victim surcharge.
Steven Junior WEATHERALL, 31, of Malvern Road, Maidenhead, pleaded guilty to possession of a class A drug, namely cocaine, and possession of cannabis. He was fined £150 for each offence, along with £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.
Anthony Lee SATCHWILL, 39, of Brackstone Close, Reading, pleaded not guilty to breaching a restraining order in Slough, but was found guilty. He was jailed for 24 weeks, and ordered to participate in a programme about building better relationships. He was also made to pay £150 costs and a £115 victim surcharge.
DARIUSZ KWAITKOWSKI, 38, of Kings Street, Maidenhead, pleaded guilty to threatening behaviour. He was fined £50, and made to pay £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.
Luke Antony PRICE, 27, of Montrose Avenue, Slough, pleaded guilty to not guilty to criminal damage to another person’s car, but was found guilty. He also admitted to breaching the terms of a community order. He was ordered to complete 80 hours of unpaid work, and made to pay £1,148 compensation, along with £200 costs and a £85 victim surcharge. He was also placed under a restraining order preventing him from contacting the owner of the vehicle.
THOMAS JOHN ROBERT TEAR, 29, of Lynch Hill Lane, Slough, pleaded not guilty to using a mobile phone while driving, but he was proved guilty in his absence. He was fined £440, in addition to £650 costs and a £44 victim surcharge.
DARREN STEPHEN LATHAM, 31, of Derry Road, Preston, pleaded not guilty to assaulting a woman in Slough, but was found guilty. He was jailed for 16 weeks due to the severity of the assault and his history of previous offences. He was made to pay a £115 victim surcharge.
DANIEL BUCKLEY, 35, of Shelborne Close, Colnbrook, was proved in his absence to have boarded a train in Reading without paying for a ticket. He was fined £330, in addition to £160 costs, a £33 victim surcharge, and £9.30 compensation.
Samantha Burrows, 29, of Vernoica Close, Uxbrdige, was proved in her absence to have boarded a train in Taplow without a valid ticket. She was fined £330, along with £160 costs, a £33 victim surcharge, and £8.70 compensation.
