TRAIN passengers faced substantial delays this morning between Slough and London Paddington after a person was hit at Ealing Broadway station.
A number of services were cancelled at Slough Railway Station, operator Great Western Railway (GWR) said, but all lines have since been reopened and disruption is at a minimum this afternoon.
The disruption happened after a person was hit by a train at Ealing Broadway station early this morning.
Passengers had been encouraged to use as an alternative:
First Bus route 2: Slough (Bus Station Bay 8) - Windsor (Theatre Royal)
First Bus route 3: Slough (Bus Station Bay 2) - Langley (Business Park) - Iver (King's Church) - Uxbridge (Station)
First Bus route 7: Slough (Bus Station Stop G) - Langley (Harrow Market) - Heathrow (T5) - Heathrow (Central Bus Station)
First Bus route 8: Slough (Bus Station Bay 8) - Windsor (Theatre Royal) - Egham (Church Road)
First Bus route X25: Reading - Heathrow Airport ( Rail Air )
London Buses and London Buses route 140: Hayes & Harlington - Heathrow (Central Bus Station)
