A PAIR have been charged after stealing payment card details from hospital patients in Slough.
A man and woman stole credit and debit cards and photographed the details of others at Wexham Park Hospital between March 2015 and April 18, 2016.
Norbert Szoke, 28, and Rebecca Szoke, 22, from Mount Lane, Bracknell have been charged with a number of counts of theft and fraud by false representation following an investigation by Thames Valley Police.
They were charged on Sunday and were initially arrested on April 28 and released on police bail pending further inquiries.
The two were charged with seven counts of theft and four counts of fraud by false representation each and Mr Szoke is further charged with one count of theft.
Five patients at the hospital had their cards or card details stolen and fraudulently used to purchase goods or to withdraw cash.
The further charge of theft relates to medical equipment being stolen from the same hospital during the same time period.
The pair, who are currently on bail, will appear before Slough Magistrates Court on August 16.
