HAZEL ANN YEXLEY 1947 - 2014 Passed away peacefully on Saturday 3rd May 2014. Will be sadly missed by her ever loving Husband John, loving Mother to Mark & Andrew, doting Nan to Luke & Callum, family & friends. Rest in Peace My Darling XXX The Funeral Service, to celebrate Hazel’s life, will take place at Easthampstead Park Crematorium on Monday 19th May at 12.45pm. Family flowers only please.
