Patricia Florence Plumb "Pat" Who sadly passed away at home on the 5th January 2012 aged 84 years. Devoted wife, loving Mum, caring nan. Pat was a beautiful person with a kind nature and will be greatly missed by all her family, friends and all those who knew her. Funeral service to be held at Easthampstead Park Crematorium on Thursday 19th January 2012 at 10:30am. All flowers welcome or donations if desired made payable to R.N.L.I, c/o C.H.
