Moon Daniel (Dan) Passed away peacefully at Duchess of Kent Hospice, Reading on 8th July 2014 aged 65. A much loved husband of Tina and brother and brother in law of the Moon and Hutchison families. Funeral service to take place at St Joseph’s Church, Bracknell at 11am followed by committal at Easthampstead Park Crematorium at 12.45pm on Friday 25th July 2014.
