HINTON Laurence (Laurie) John Turner Died peacefully on 3rd July 2020, aged 97. Loving husband of Ann, father of Morna and Sara, grandfather of Amber, Yassin and Jenna. An electrical engineer, his work on radar at the Telecommunications Research Establishment in Malvern during World War Two helped ensure victory for Britain and her Allies. Due to COVID-19 his funeral service on 22 July 2020, at Oakley Green Cemetery will be for close family only. A memorial service is planned for a later date. Family flowers only. Donations if desired to the Ramblers Association, c/o E Sargeant & Son, 61 St Leonard's Road, Windsor, SL4 3BX.
