BHART Surinder Kaur Passed away peacefully at home, with her children around her, on Thursday 2nd January 2020. Re-united with her beloved husband Dr. Ajit Singh Bhart; previous Mayor of Bicester. A wonderful Mum, Grandmother & Great Grandmother who will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
