Avery, John Passed away peacefully 30th April 2019 at Wexham Park Hospital. Sadly missed by his family and friends. Funeral at Slough Crematorium on May 23rd, 2019 at 1 pm. Family flowers only. Donations welcome for the British Heart Foundation, c/o E Sargeant & Son, 40 Church Street, Slough, SL1 1PJ.
