Joan Czaplewski (nee Bown) Passed away at Wexham Park Hospital on the 6th January 2019 aged 87. Loving mum, grandmother, great grandmother and friend who will be sadly missed. The service will take place at Slough Crematorium at 10:30 on Wednesday 30th January Funeral arrangements by E.Sargeant & Son Slough 01753 520081.
