Smith, Mavis Passed away peacefully on Saturday 6th October in Wexham Park Hospital aged 83. Much loved and missed by all her family and friends. Her funeral takes place on Friday 19th October Slough Crematorium at 12.30pm. Family flowers only please, kind donations in memory of Mavis can be made on the day to the Teenage Cancer Trust.
