It is with great sadness that the family of Stephen (Steve) Michael Conlon Announces his passing Saturday 1st September 2018 Stephen will be lovingly remembered by his partner Helen. His children Rebecca, James, Hannah and Dominique by his grandchildren Molly, Toby, Ruby and Scarlett and by his siblings and their families. The funeral service will be held at the Holy Family Church and Slough Crematorium On Tuesday 25th September 2018 at 11.00 am. A wake will be held in the hall adjoining the Holy Family Church. Attendees are asked to wear something Blue (Chelsea) Memorial flowers or donations to Cancer Research UK Donation box available on day. All enquires to Newman & Son 01753 524286
