PATRICIA THOMAS Passed away at High Wycombe Hospital on 5th October 2017 aged 96. Loved and missed by all family and friends. The service will take place on Thursday 26th October at Breakspear Crematorium 1:00pm, followed by a service at St John's Church, Victoria Road, Farnham Common, Bucks SL2 3NJ at 2:30pm.. Flowers or donations in memory of Patricia to Ward 8 High Wycombe Hospital.
