Derek Leslie Yellop Passed away peacefully at Wexham Park Hospital on 20th June 2017. A loving father and grandfather, he will be sadly missed by Paul, Samantha, Jessica and Cadence. The funeral service will take place on Wednesday 5th July at 1:30pm at Slough Crematorium. Family flowers only but donations kindly invited for Wexham Park Intensive Care Unit. Cheques, made payable to Frimley Health Charity, can be sent to E Sargeant & Son, 40 Church Street, Slough, SL1 1PJ
