HART, David John Passed away peacefully on May 26th at Thames Valley Hospice, aged 56 years. May he rest in peace. The funeral service will take place at Slough Crematorium on Wednesday, June 28th at 3.00pm. Donations, if wished, can be made to Thames Valley Hospice or Macmillan Cancer Support, care of Co-op Funeralcare Slough.
