ELIZABETH WEST Passed away at Thames Hospice on 15th April 2017 aged 70. Loved and missed by all family and friends. The service will take place on Wednesday 3rd May at Chilterns Crematorium, Amersham at 12:15pm. Flowers welcome with donations to Macmillan Cancer Support. Funeral arrangements E.Sargeant & Son, Slough.
