KAY SWAN Passed away at home on the 17th February 2017 aged 68. A loving wife to Bob, a loving mother to Debbie, Neil and Nicola, also a loving grandmother and great grandmother. Loved and missed by all family and friends. The service will be held at Slough Crematorium on the 17th March at 2:00pm. Family flowers only with donations to Thames Hospice. Funeral arrangements entrusted to E.Sargeant & Son Slough.
