EDDIE JOSEPH COOKE Passed away at Wexham Park Hospital on the 2nd January 2017 aged 91. Loved and missed by all family and friends. The service will take place on Saturday 14th January at Holy Family Church, 226 Trelawney Avenue, Langley, Slough, Berkshire SL3 7UD. Followed by a burial at Datchet Cemetery. Flowers welcome with donations to ‘Coronary Care Unit Wexham Park Hospital’ Funeral arrangements by E.Sargeant & Son Slough.
